BTS is a for-profit company based in Hooksett, NH. We proudly provide local assisted transportation throughout Merrimack County and prescheduled long-distance transportation.
Founded by an experienced and motivated entrepreneur, Ben Velez, BTS Transportation provides door-through-door service for patients and customers being discharged from hospitals and nursing homes, those needing to travel from home or long-term care facilities to dialysis patients, routine medical appointments, and more.
In leveraging years of experience and in successfully performing an untold number of ambulatory and wheelchair transports, BTS continues to become New Hampshire's premier non-emergency medical transportation provider. Unlike other providers offering curb-to-curb service, BTS will never leave you or your loved ones at the curb. We are committed to safely escorting you or your loved one from your residence or facility to a clean, comfortable, and modern wheelchair accessible vehicle. On arrival at your destination, our trained staff will escort you to check-in.
