Meet our Administrator, Stefanie Santomassino
With a strong foundation in hands-on patient care and leadership in senior care settings, Stefanie brings a wealth of experience to their role as Administrator at BTS Home Care.
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) and Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA), Stefanie developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and emotional needs of the individuals served by home care agencies.
Over the years, Stefanie has held key roles across various healthcare environments, including serving as a Unit Coordinator in a skilled nursing rehabilitation facility, where she played a pivotal role in care coordination and team communication. Her leadership skills were further honed as a Weekend Supervisor at a senior assisted living community, where she oversaw staff operations and ensured quality care delivery.
Additionally, Stefanie's experience as a Home Health Aide has provided them with first-hand insight into the unique challenges and rewards of home-based care.
Stefanie is committed to fostering a compassionate, client-centered approach while supporting staff development and operational excellence. Her diverse background equips her with the knowledge and empathy to lead with both heart and efficiency in today’s evolving home care landscape.
